To those to criticize him, you are just angry union goons who want the complete incompetent monopoly of free showel-ready work spoon fed to you.

I will be getting my friends together and circulating the petition all over to get this thing on the ballot. Someday we can just eliminate those crybaby overpaid fat union slobs.libertathiesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15989851837931072042noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1231162963364357109.post-85414708294843851482009-11-24T18:01:20.841-08:002009-11-24T18:01:20.841-08:00Here are the proposed layoffs according to the MEA...Here are the proposed layoffs according to the MEA:

The most significant amount of actual filled positions proposed to be eliminated are in the Police Department (86 positions, most of which are PSOs and investigative aides); Library (24 positions); and Park and Recreation (12 positions eliminated and another 81 positions “re-classified”—with no explanation whatsoever as to what that means—most of which are area mangers and district managers). So allow me to make a prediction... The city council and our mayor refuses to impose a trash collection fee for the spoiled citizens of San Diego... YET.. they will sell the service for a ONE TIME fee, taking care of the financial troubles for a year maybe two years... to a private entity who will surely require trash collection fees. So the citizens pay anyway... and the city gets ZERO revenue from it. Thats pretty intelligent. The deficeits will continue just so the cronies can get their way. Just instill a damn trash fee like every other city. The City I live in charges. I dont like it... but it keeps services and I hardly notice it.

Oh and by the way... did anyone see the comment by chief Letusdown on the 5 o'clock news today (11/24/2009)... saying that response time WILL NOT CHANGE despite the 500 positions being cut? You got to be kidding me! No more PSOs... it will take hours... maybe days for those 459 reports to be taken now. As Officers pick up the slack from all those PSOs... your telling me response times wont change? Dear God. These guys need to return to reality. Must be nice living in fantasy land!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1231162963364357109.post-39985430605414079792009-11-24T14:56:18.559-08:002009-11-24T14:56:18.559-08:00"Paid for by San Diegans for Fair and Open Ci..."Paid for by San Diegans for Fair and Open City Contracting, FPPC # Pending 7185 Navajo Road, Suite P, San Diego 92119."
